RETURNS

The refund of the amount will be made by payment.

Return costs will be borne by the seller. If, on the contrary, you wish to replace the product, Plusenergy Solar SL undertakes to deliver to the customer another product in perfect condition once the condition of the returned product has been received and verified and the difference between these two has been settled.

In particular, within the framework of the products marketed by Plusenergy Solar SL, the right of withdrawal will not apply once the services have begun, as well as for stationary batteries made to order as they are a personalized product.

Plusenergy Solar SL will take the appropriate measures to ensure that the products have the aforementioned characteristics and that the state of the product has the necessary requirements for the refund of the amount paid by the customer.

In the specific case of batteries, Plusenergy Solar SL will prepare a report using the KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08) capacity calculation machine to verify that the use of the batteries has been correct and following the manufacturer's recommendations.

The refund of the amount will be made by the same method of payment in which the purchase was made, except for the purchase against reimbursement, in which case the amount will be refunded by bank transfer, as well as in the event that made the payment in cash.

Regarding the services provided, once started they cannot be returned under any circumstances.

The installations carried out by the team of installers that are part of the WccSolar staff enjoy a guarantee period of 6 months in accordance with current regulations. This guarantee will be applicable as long as there is no improper manipulation or incorrect maintenance of the installation carried out. WccSolar reserves the right to carry out the appropriate tests to establish the feasibility of applying the guarantee to the installations.

Warranty

 

According to the LGCYU legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand sanitation when the good purchased is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless this is impossible or disproportionate.

The guarantee of consumer goods that do not have a correct operation is divided into two periods.

These periods are maintained as long as the manufacturer does not specify longer periods in which case the guarantee will be applied as established by the manufacturer in question, or for those products that by their nature enjoy a longer guarantee period, such as solar panels, that have a 10-year mechanical guarantee and a 25-year power delivery guarantee, for the rest of the products the situation is as follows:

The periods that are distinguished, provided that there is no different mention by the manufacturer, are:

- Period from its acquisition (in the case of having made the purchase in person) or possession (in the case of having made an online purchase) up to 6 months.

- Period from 6 months to 2 years of its acquisition (in the case of having made a face-to-face purchase) or possession (in the case of having made an online purchase).

Period from its acquisition or possession up to 6 months

In accordance with the provisions of the LGCYU, the guarantee on the articles will be applied provided that the article meets the following characteristics upon return:

- That the product is in the first six months from its acquisition (in the case of having purchased the item directly in our facilities), or from the possession of the product (in the case of having purchased the item online).

- That the product has undergone correct use, the manufacturer's recommendations have been followed and its handling has been correct.

- That with the return of the product the accessories are also returned and that it is delivered in the same state in which PlusEnegy Solar SL sent it, for example, in the case of batteries, they must be returned charged.

- That the product has its original packaging and documents.

- That the products do not have obvious signs of mishandling, damage or breakage.

In the event that the product has irregularities in its operation, a manufacturing defect can be appealed.

The right to apply the guarantee of Plusenergy Solar SL products is subject to the fact that the product has been used correctly, following the manufacturer's recommendations, for the use for which the product has been manufactured and with the elements compatible with it.

No more than two months should pass between the customer experiencing a problem with their product and the notification to Plusenergy Solar, otherwise the product loses its warranty.

Plusenergy Solar SL will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, handling or non-professional installation, or malfunctions such as short circuits. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.

In addition, the product must have had proper maintenance under what the manufacturer determines.

Plusenergy Solar SL will take the appropriate measures to ensure that the products have the aforementioned characteristics and that the state of the product meets the necessary requirements for the application of the guarantee.

In the specific case of batteries, Plusenergy Solar SL will make a report using the capacity calculation machine KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08)   to verify that the batteries have been used correctly. and following the manufacturer's recommendations.

Finally, if you wish to send the product to exercise your warranty right, you must send it to the address provided below with the accessories purchased along with the product (if any), as well as in the same conditions as the product was purchased, for example In the case of batteries, they must be delivered charged.

Period from 6 months to 2 years from its acquisition or possession

Those products that present irregularities in their operation during this period of time can exercise the guarantee right provided that together with the defective product an industrial expert report is sent that affirms that the product during its useful life was used correctly and that any problem in its operation is the consequence of a manufacturing defect carried over time.

In the case of products that are sent to Plusenergy Solar SL without the aforementioned industrial expert report, Plusenergy Solar SL is waiting to receive the industrial expert report to proceed with the assessment of the application of the guarantee. The industrial expertise will always be borne by the client, independently of the resulting report.

Once the client provides Plusenergy Solar SL with the defective product and the industrial expert report, the company will proceed to check the data provided by the industrial expert report, for example, in the case of batteries, at this point Plusenergy Solar SL compares the information in the report provided by the client with the report issued by the capacity calculation machine KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08) after connecting the battery to this device.

Only those batteries will be replaced or repaired whose report of the industrial survey provided by the client and the report of the capacity calculation machine KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08) conclude that the battery has been used for the purposes described by the manufacturer and its use and maintenance has been correct throughout its useful life, so the operating problems experienced by the battery are the result of a manufacturing defect.

In the event that the reports provided go in the same direction and the conclusion is that the operating problem derives from a manufacturing defect, Plusenergy Solar SL undertakes with the customer to repair or replace the battery in question.

In any other case, the guarantee will not apply.

Investor Guarantee

 

When we install a piece of equipment, it is important not to forget to ground the inverter. This land shall be an exclusive land. If there is no earth, the inverter should not be connected to the house's earth, as any derivation in the installation will affect the most sensitive equipment in the circuit, in this case the inverter. This requirement is essential for the application of the guarantee.

On the other hand, Plusenergy Solar SL, is not responsible for the effects on the photovoltaic system, profitability, efficiency, breakage or problems in operation as a result of the poor conditions of the electrical panel of the house.

The study, installation, fine-tuning of the system, guarantee of the products and all the rights to which consumers are entitled will be limited to the extent that the electrical panel of their home does not comply with the 'Electrotechnical Regulation for low voltage and complementary technical instructions' (REBT-ITC), which establishes the framework of technical conditions and guarantees that electrical installations connected to a supply source within the limits of low voltage must meet in terms of safety, operation and reliability for installations and people. For this reason, Plusenergy Solar is not responsible for the effectiveness of the photovoltaic solar installation and is not responsible for possible failures that may occur from the solar inverter to the consumption of the home, leaving any problem that occurs under the sole responsibility of the client.

In the inverters there are three errors (error 9, 51 and 53) and exploded Mosfet that directly affect the power stage of the inverter. These types of errors, in most cases, are caused by derivations in the home or short circuits in the electrical network that supply the inverter, which is why, in order to process this type of incident, we need to have the differentials and circuit breaker/s that protect the home against network anomalies.

Hence, the guarantee against errors 9, 51, 53 or Mosfet exploited is applicable provided that the client has previously sent to:angela@wccsolar.esorder number, photographs or video of the differentials and circuit breaker(s) connected to the inverter in a pertinent way to guarantee a safe installation. In the event that the described photographs or video have not been previously sent, Plusenergy Solar will not be able to apply the guarantee, since it is assumed that they do not exist in the system and therefore that the client has not taken the security measures correct established by the manufacturer to proceed with the application of its guarantee or withdrawal.

In short, the inverter warranty is applicable as long as the inverter has a manufacturing defect, and when there is correct handling, use and compatibility with the rest of the elements of the installation, as well as that the safety measures have been taken. correct.

For the correct management of the guarantee or withdrawal of the inverter in the event that it presents error 9, 51, 53 or exploded Mosfet, Plusenergy Solar must have received photographs or videos with the connections of the inverter to the corresponding differentials and magneto-thermal/s, complying with security measures.

To speed up the solution of the problems derived from error 9, 51 or 53, Plusenergy Solar recommends that the client send the photographs or videos of the connection of the inverter with the differentials and magneto-thermal/s immediately after its installation.

Guarantee of Structures for Solar Panels

 

Whenever there is a total or partial detachment of a structure for solar panels, if according to the State Association of Meteorology (AEMET) during this period of time there have been winds of more than 104 km/hour or 29 meters within a radius of 50 km /second Plusenergy Solar SL will not be responsible for its detachment.

In fact, when there are gusts of wind of more than 104 km/hour or 29 meters/second, manufacturers do not guarantee that their structures on roofs, facades or floors will not detach.

POSTAGE ASSUMED FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT WITH THE REQUEST FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY

The postage for the return will be paid by the customer, once the product is reviewed by Plusenergy Solar SL and it is confirmed that it is a warranty problem, if it is a problem as a result of manufacturing and does not exceed 3 calendar months from the reception of the same, the shipping costs will be paid by the factory as well as the repair costs, in case of misuse, bad installation or similar, the costs will be covered by the client.

BATTERY MAINTENANCE

 

It is an essential requirement for the application of the battery guarantee that they have received proper maintenance throughout their useful life, so apart from the recommendations that the manufacturer may specify in each case, Plusenergy Solar SL establishes Below are some minimum operating rules that the customer must comply with in order to assume the correct use of the batteries and thus the guarantee is applicable following the established protocol and always complying with the current recommendations with those established by the manufacturer.

CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG MERCHANDISE

 

The delivery note or invoice issued by Plusenergy Solar SL is valid as a manufacturer's guarantee, it will take effect from the day the delivery is made to the buyer's address.

DELIVERY AND UNLOADING OF THE MERCHANDISE

 

The conditions of delivery of the merchandise are subject to the facilities and limitations of access and nature of the download, as well as the dimensions and weight of the material estimated by the logistics company.

The possibility of setting a collection point with easy access is available to the customer.

The customer, upon receiving the merchandise, must immediately check that the material received and its condition are correct. To review the material received, the client has 24 hours to carry out the verification and subsequent notification to Plusenergy Solar SL in the event that the material received has irregularities. After a period of 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the merchandise, Plusenergy Solar SL is not responsible for the state or quality of the material received.

In those cases in which the place of delivery of the merchandise is difficult to access and this implies an extra cost for the logistics company, Plusenergy Solar SL will contact the client to transfer part of this extra cost, contact us for more information.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

 

These terms of service represent the general conditions of sale for all Plusenergy Solar SL product orders and will form part of the sales contract.

The acceptance of the products will imply the acceptance of these conditions of sale, prices and payments.

The prices that appear in the store already include 21% VAT

If you have registered from a VAT exempt area, only the net price of the item will appear.

Plusenergy Solar SL reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice in accordance with market conditions.

The preparation time is from 1 to 3 business days, the delivery time for parcels is 24/48 hours for heavy parcels is 3 to 5 business days, approximate time according to the transport company, this may vary depending on transport problems or incidents .

DELIVERY TIMES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

For orders to the Canary or Balearic Islands, it will be between 7 to 10 business days.

PLUSENERGY SOLAR SL AUTHORIZED INSTALLATION COMPANY

 

Plusenergy Solar SL is an authorized installation company registered in the RII with registration number 10-B-D09-46092152, classified within section D (Installer), authorization 0 (Low Voltage), category 9 (Specialist Category / Power Generating Installations). ISOLATED CONNECTION INSTALLATION

 

Plusenergy Solar SL offers you the installation service of a wide variety of photovoltaic kits, among which the isolated connection kits stand out.

If the client contracts the installation service of a grid connection kit, they must take into account the following points that define the obligations and responsibility of Plusenergy Solar SL and the client:

- The photovoltaic installation ends in the protection box at the inverter output, that is, the connection to the electrical network is not made.

Plusenergy Solar SL installers only connect the inverter to the home's general protection panel if the customer has previously made the wiring between both points; In the event that the client has not previously carried out this task, the Plusenergy Solar installers will leave a protection prepared so that the client can carry out the wiring and connection from the inverter output to the protection panel afterwards.

In other words, the connection will only be made between the power line of the home and the inverter, or between the generator and the inverter if the client prepares the necessary wiring so that the only work to be done by the installers is the connection .

Under no circumstances is the cable used for these cases the one that includes the photovoltaic kit unless Plusenergy Solar SL is informed of the need to include more wiring to connect additional elements, in which case it will be quoted and must be paid following the same process than the rest of the elements of the installation.

- The location of the inverter and the batteries must have been chosen by the customer before the installers carry out the photovoltaic installation.

The place that the client has decided for the installation of the inverter must be close to a wall and at a maximum distance of 1 meter from the battery bank, since the inverter will be fixed to the wall. In addition, this location must be accessible, ventilated and have a temperature that is as stable as possible and close to 25ºC.

- The power line from the solar panels to the inverter is made with a gray corrugated tube on the surface to the façade.

In the event that the client wishes that the tube is not visible for aesthetic reasons, the task of embedding the tube must have been carried out by the client before the installers travel to carry out the installation. In this way, the installers will carry out the wiring through the tube previously embedded by the customer (ask the installers for the diameter of the tube).

- Unpaid material must be settled at the time the installers enter your home.

The estimate must be paid in full before installation.

NETWORK CONNECTION INSTALLATION

Plusenergy Solar SL offers you the installation service of a wide variety of photovoltaic kits, among which the grid connection kits stand out.

If the client contracts the installation service of a grid connection kit, they must take into account the following points that define the obligations and responsibility of Plusenergy Solar SL and the client:

- The location of the inverter must have been chosen by the client before the installers carry out the photovoltaic installation and must be located 2 meters maximum from the main panel of the house.
