RETURN POLICY, CLAIMS AND WARRANTY

The reasons for which an item can be returned are limited. In any case, all the products marketed from this store have been conveniently inspected and reviewed before shipment, so we recommend that before accepting any package you make sure that the packaging is in good condition.

 

If this is not the case, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER , and immediately contact angela@wccsolar.es   to notify the incident and find a solution as agile and appropriate as possible, since By signing the proof of receipt, you implicitly accept that the package is in perfect condition, so if it has been damaged, the transport company will not be responsible for subsequent claims, and WccSolar   may not accept the return of damaged items.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased through the Internet, you have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery to return it. Before making said return, the client must contact servicio@wccsolar.es within the indicated period via email, and the procedure to follow to make the return will be indicated.

 

Once the product is received in perfect condition, the amount of your purchase will be refunded, less the shipping costs paid at the time by WccSolar , through the same payment method that you use to make the purchase.

 

If the product had free shipping costs, the postage will be calculated and subtracted from the product. Any return without prior communication will be rejected by www.wccsolar.net . In order for the return to be accepted, both the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, without scratches or broken or damaged packaging and including all the documentation that accompanies the product, as well as its accessories.

 

The client must carry out a correct packaging that ensures its transport without damage. Once received and verified that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method that you use to make the purchase.

 

1. Causes admitted for the return of products:
  • That the item that is delivered does not correspond to the order placed.

  • If for any reason the delivery time is longer than that established for your order, we will contact you indicating the approximate expected date for shipment. However, if the delay is such that the order is no longer useful, we recommend that you do not accept the package. This will save you return costs.

  • That the shipment is carried out to a wrong address. Only in this case, the return can be made postage due.

  • If the product has not arrived at its destination and the order is cancelled, the payment will be made once the products arrive at our delegation.

 

2. Status of the items for your return to be accepted:

  • For the return of an order to be accepted, it is essential that it is sealed, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

3. Procedure established for the return of products:

  • The expenses derived from the returns or changes (fundamentally the postage) will be borne by the client.

 

4. Maximum term established for the return:
  • The Retail Trade Regulation Law establishes a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order to the consumer, after this period, no return will be accepted.

 

5. Claims:

 

In accordance with the provisions of the commercial code (art. 366) the claim for damage, breakdown and total or partial loss of the merchandise, must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the same, unless the damage was evident, in which case the claim must be made at the time of delivery, you must send an email to Angela@wccsolar.es along with your order number and briefly explaining your case.

6. Inverter Guarantee:

Avoid periodic deep discharges in all models, discharge allowed up to 30% and in GEL and Stationary batteries up to 50%.

7.1. Battery Maintenance

AGM batteries

  5. Avoid proximity to fire or flammable substances.

7.2. Evaluation of the use of batteries in the event of an incident:


To validate the battery warranty covered by WccSolar, objective evidence must be detected to confirm that the battery has certainly been used correctly, and that the failure of the product to function derives from a manufacturing defect.

Batteries, as they are a product that is especially sensitive to use, have a special treatment to proceed to their price refund, repair or replacement, depending on the moment in time in which the life of the battery is found.

WccSolar has all the resources and capacity calculation devices, so that through its connection with the battery, it can charge and discharge the battery, analyzing its behavior and issuing an exhaustive objective report based on the data obtained to know if a battery has been:

  • connected in parallel.

  • If its use has been as a starter battery.

  • If, if required, the battery has been filled with distilled water

  • If during its useful life it has experienced deep discharges.

  • Since when the battery presents the specific problem, etc...

 

In this way we will be able to compare the report issued by the capacity calculation machine with the manufacturer's technical sheet, to define whether the use and maintenance of the battery has been correct.

The return, repair or replacement of the battery will only be possible if the report concludes that the battery has been used correctly and the problem with its operation is derived from a manufacturing fault.

7.3. Battery guarantee according to type:

 

  • Monoblock (acid/lead) : 1 Year Warranty

  • AGM :    1 Years Warranty  

  • OPzS :   2 Years Warranty

  • TOPzS : 2 Years Warranty

  • SOPzS : 2 Years Warranty

  • GEL :      1 Years Warranty

  • Lithium :     10 Years Warranty

  • CPzS :    2 Years Warranty

 

 

8. Warranty Terms:

Therefore, in order for the described guarantee that covers all PlusEnergy Solar SL products to be applicable, there must be objective evidence to confirm that the product has really been used correctly, and that the malfunction of the product derives from a manufacturing defect. .


PlusEnergy Solar SL will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, handling or non-professional installation, or malfunctions such as short circuits. The guarantee will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers.

The return, repair or replacement of the products will only be possible if the report concludes that the product has been used correctly and the problem with its operation is derived from a manufacturing fault.

The postage for the return of the product will only be assumed by PlusEnergy Solar SL once it has been verified that it is a problem that is covered by the guarantee, if the product is returned as a result of a manufacturing problem and that no more than 14 days have passed (from the reception of the product) and hence it presents that operating problems, for the other cases, it will be the client who assumes the postage and in the shipment for the repair if it is not a problem that is covered by the guarantee, the client will take charge also of the expenses of the repair or return.

In the return of the product, the accessories must also be returned and that it be delivered in the same state in which PlusEnergy Solar SL sent both the documentation and the packaging.


No more than 15 days should pass between the customer experiencing a problem with their product and the notification to PlusEnergy Solar SL, otherwise the product loses its warranty.

9. Shipping Terms:

If the product is damaged during transportation, or the product is not the same as the order, we will return the product loaded for transportation,
Any other reason will be the responsibility of the client to send to our delegation.
